REFUND POLICY


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Due to sanitation and hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns on bath products and edible body paint. 


This includes, but is not limited to: soaps, body washes, bath bombs, bath salts, loofahs, bath brushes. shampoo and conditioners.


Once these items have left our facility, we cannot guarantee they have not been opened, used, or contaminated. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers and staff.


Exceptions may be made for items received damaged or defective upon arrival. 


If you have concerns about a bath product purchase, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to address any issues or questions you have.
